24th December
You are welcome to check in from 12 noon, where mulled Wine and mince Pies will be served on your arrival to the Castle. A black tie dinner in the George V dining room awaits you, as well as a resident photographer to capture that seasonal family portrait. Following dinner, dance the night away to Keith McDonald and the Show Band Show until the early hours of Christmas morning.
25th December
Enjoy breakfast in the George V Dining room, followed by a Christmas morning cruise on Lough Corrib with traditional music and hot whiskeys on board. An afternoon of festive movies and wine tasting will take you to our gourmet dinner with accompanying festive merriment and seasonal songs.
26th December
On Boxing Day, enjoy breakfast or brunch in George V dining room, followed by a Corrib Cruise boat trup or an Estate and village scavenger trail. From 2pm onwards, enjoy a range of activities at that we have on the estate, including archery or falconry. From 7pm onwards, enjoy St. Stephen's Day dinner in either George V dining room or the Dungeon. Throughout dinner, enjoy entertainment provided.

Immerse yourself in a world of elegance as you ring in the new year amidst breathtaking landscapes on the Ashford Estate. Enjoy a black tie gala banquet dinner in the George V dining room for New Year's Eve, as well as midnight celebrations with champagne and dancing.
