Devoted to the lyrical Lough Mask landscape in County Mayo, this distillery is an award-winning spirits producer. Each spirit, available at Ashford Castle, takes the surrounding countryside as its muse, and is made with wild local botanicals and Lough Mask water.
These superb quality oysters are harvested from nearby Galway Bay. Dooncastle only farms in Grade A waters and strives to produce oysters with an excellent meat to shell ratio. They’re a regular feature on the menus of the George V Dining Room, Cullen’s At The Cottage and Wilde’s.
Our sister vineyard lies in the lovely Hemel-en-Aarde Valley (Heaven and Earth), part of the Walker Bay wine region near Hermanus, South Africa’s whale watching capital. We are proud to serve Bouchard Finlayson, acclaimed worldwide for producing the best Pinot Noir in South Africa, as well as exceptional Chardonnays and Sauvignon Blancs.
