How We Tread Right (HWTR) is TTC's five-year sustainability strategy, which guides the way we operate and the projects we support through The TreadRight Foundation. This video summarises our focus areas, how the strategy is embedded into our business, and how this aligns with the United Nations’ Sustainable Development Goals.
Climate change is directly linked to an increase in greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions in the atmosphere resulting from human activity. It is all of our responsibility to reduce our emissions as much as possible, and support the transition to a low-carbon future.
Reach Net Zero GHG emissions across the value chain across the value chain by 2050 from a 2019 baseline year.
Our beehives are a key sustainability project at Ashford Castle. Thanks to their pollinating efforts, these wondrous little workers support the verdant environment of our 800-acre estate, and help our trees, plants, and other little creatures flourish.
We are honoured to have been selected to host a number of MAKE TRAVEL MATTER® Experiences: sustainability-led guest experiences which directly advance the United Nations' Global Goals.
