Our beehives are a key sustainability project at Ashford Castle. Thanks to their pollinating efforts, these wondrous little workers support the verdant environment of our 800-acre estate, and help our trees, plants, and other little creatures flourish.
Our kitchen gardens are not only a source of fresh, seasonal produce for our menus but also a delightful experience for guests. From June to mid-October, we offer guided tours of the gardens, allowing visitors to explore our sustainable growing practices and learn about the wide variety of fruits, vegetables, and herbs cultivated here.
