Dishes include slow-roasted rib of beef from our carving trolley served with a homemade béarnaise sauce and a red wine and shallot jus. End your evening with an array of scrumptious desserts, such as Nyangbo frozen chocolate mousse served with estate grown crabpear gel and pear and vanilla sorbet and salted chocolate crisp.
