The Experience
Your host for the day will meet you at 9am in the foyer of the castle. He will contextualise the place that you will be visiting and where they sit within the Irish historical timeline. Together you set off on a journey through the Irish countryside, including trips to see an early 16th century Gaelic tower house and a 19th century church, peeling back the layers of history and meeting amazing people who live this story every day.
Important Information
Due to the narrow spiral staircase this experience may not be suitable to guests with mobility challenges. Flat, comfortable shoes should be worn as these are more comfortable on the spiral stairs.
Due to the number of experience partners involved, the cancellation policy is 72 hours prior to date of experience. Thereafter there is a 50% charge of the total experience day fee.
Price: €2,950 for two guests and €500 per additional guest (there is a maximum of six guests)
